Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees will apply for cancellations due to customer circumstances.

• Within one week of the tour: 30% of the tour fee
• The day before: 50% of the tour fee
• On the day: 100% of the tour fee
• After boat departure: 100% of the tour fee if you cancel due to personal reasons (e.g., seasickness or health issues)

Cancellation fees will apply for any reason, including health issues, hangovers, oversleeping, or personal judgment about bad weather or sea conditions. However, no cancellation fees will be charged if the tour is canceled due to a typhoon causing flight cancellations or if our staff decides to cancel the tour due to poor sea conditions.
To provide the best service, we limit the number of bookings and may refuse other booking once the capacity is reached. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure a safe and comfortable tour.

Payment Method

Payment is made in advance via online credit card payment at the time of booking. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Participation of Minors

Minors must have a parent or guardian’s signature on the participation form. We will email the participation form in advance. Please have your parent or guardian sign it and bring it with you on the day of the tour.

Diving Tours on Your Departure Day

Participation in a diving tour on your flight departure day is not allowed. However, yyou can still participate in a snorkeling tour on your departure day. It’s a good way to spend your last few hours on our beautiful island! Additionally, you can join a half-day diving tour in the afternoon on your arrival day in Miyakojima.

Tour Cancellations

Please note that tours may be suddenly canceled under the following circumstances:

• Sudden changes in weather or sea conditions
• Sudden changes in the customer’s health
• Boat malfunctions or other unavoidable reasons
