Cancellation Policy:

In the event of a cancellation by the customer, cancellation charges will apply as follows:

• ・1 week to the day before the tour: 30% of the tour fee
• ・The day before the tour: 50% of the tour fee
• ・On the day of the tour: 100% of the tour fee

If the customer cancels after the boat departs due to their own circumstances (such as seasickness or illness preventing diving), 100% of the tour fee will be charged.

Cancellation fees mentioned above will be charged for any cancellations made by the customer, regardless of the reason, including health issues.

We do not consider last-minute illness, cloudy or rainy weather, hangovers, or jet lag as valid reasons for evaluating a refund for the scheduled tour.

Once we confirm your booking, we have to decline the other bookings. We’re a small dive shop, so please kindly understand.

In the event of flight cancellation due to a typhoon or tour cancellation due to worsening marine conditions, no cancellation fees will be charged.

Participation of Minors Only:

For participation of minors only, a guardian’s signature is required on the application form. We will send you the application form in advance via email, so please fill it out and bring it on the day with the guardian’s signature.

Diving Tours on the Departure Date:

Participation in diving tours on the day of your return flight is not possible. However, you are welcome to join a half-day diving tour starting in the afternoon on the day of your arrival in Miyakojima.

Tour Cancellation:

Please be aware that the tour may be canceled at short notice under the following circumstances:

• ・Sudden changes in weather or sea conditions
• ・Sudden changes in customer’s health condition
• ・Boat malfunctions or other unavoidable reasons
